We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for our residential properties. Your attention to detail will ensure spaces are spotless and welcoming. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all guest accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Implement proper cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery are spotless and sanitized.
Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces as needed, including patios, walkways, and entryways.
Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
Use safe manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury.
Communicate professionally with occupants regarding their needs or special requests to enhance their experience.
Skills/background needed:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is desirable but not required. Experience with hospitality services is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning different surfaces such as wood, tile, carpet, and upholstery is helpful. Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning is beneficial.
You should be comfortable operating various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with others are important. Physical capability for the demands of this role, including outdoor work and manual handling of items, is required.
Full training will be provided. No prior experience is necessary if you’re enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
