What You’ll Do
Your typical day will include:
Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment.
Identify and report any maintenance concerns in common areas or guest rooms.
Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms as needed.
Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items from guest areas.
Greet guests warmly and address their needs promptly.
Work collaboratively with your team to meet department goals.
Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards.
What We’re Looking For
No prior experience is required—full training will be provided. You should be:
Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physically able to reach overhead and below knee level, bend, twist, pull, and stoop comfortably.
Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Professional and friendly in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
Ready to learn and follow workplace safety procedures.
