Join our team as a Housekeeping Associate and play a crucial role in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for our guests. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a comfortable environment for others.
Roles: As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, dorms, and bathrooms. Your daily tasks will include mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping common areas, performing laundry functions, changing bed linens, washing dishes, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, washing windows, dusting surfaces, emptying trash and recycling, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining housekeeping supply inventory. You may also assist with light maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as needed.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full Time, benefit eligible position.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required—full on-the-job training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Customer service experience is a plus but not essential. You must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform detailed visual tasks.
