We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas while ensuring that all laundry services are performed to the highest standards. Your contributions will play a vital role in providing an exceptional experience for guests.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Handle garment care services as needed, ensuring items are treated with care and returned promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided on all cleaning and laundry equipment and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
