Summary
This is an on-site housekeeping role where you’ll keep facilities clean and well-maintained. You’ll clean rooms, hallways, and common areas using standard cleaning equipment. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Clean and dust rooms, hallways, and common areas throughout the facility
• Mop floors and maintain cleanliness of high and low areas
• Empty trash and transport soiled items to designated areas
• Clean facility entrances, both inside and outside
• Vacuum carpets and mats
• Use standard cleaning equipment including mops, vacuums, and buffers
• Report any supply shortages or equipment issues to your supervisor
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Help train new team members as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Skills/Background Needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Prior healthcare or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position. You’ll work evenings (2pm–11pm). The role involves physical activity and exposure to cleaning chemicals. You may work in various weather conditions and near moving equipment.
