No prior housekeeping experience is required. We provide full on-the-job training for all team members, so if you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, you’re a great fit for this role.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to established standards
- Make beds and replace linens
- Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum, and sanitize rooms
- Restock towels, toiletries, and other amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Organize and stock housekeeping carts
- Handle lost-and-found items accurately
- Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special assignments
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Skills and Background Needed

Physical Requirements
This is an active position. You’ll be standing and walking throughout your shift, and regularly bending, reaching, lifting, and pushing housekeeping carts. You’ll need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
