Roles: As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas to the highest standard. Your work is essential to creating a welcoming environment for guests.
What you’ll do:
On a typical day, you will:
• Sort, count, fold, and transport linens to various areas
• Make beds in guest rooms
• Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, toiletries, and writing materials
• Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairways, and other work areas
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
• Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Polish metalwork
• Wash windows, walls, doors, and woodwork
• Empty waste baskets and clean ashtrays
• Transport trash to disposal areas
• Replace light bulbs
• Complete other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor
Work environment: You’ll work in a variety of locations throughout a hospitality facility, including guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, and outdoor areas. Most indoor spaces are well-lit and temperature-controlled. You may be exposed to different weather conditions when cleaning outdoor areas. Surfaces include carpet, tile, wood, and cement flooring.
What you’ll use: Standard household cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and cleaning supply carts. You’ll also wear a provided uniform and safety equipment as needed.

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to push and pull work-related equipment, including loaded carts, over uneven surfaces
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, or kneel for extended periods
• Ability to handle objects of different sizes and weights
• Ability to follow verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
Contract length: Full Time
