We’re looking for a full-time Housekeeping Attendant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and thoroughly cleaning rooms, hallways, and other areas as assigned, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care.
Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Clean guest rooms to our standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces
Complete room cleaning within established time guidelines
Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with guests and team members
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Report maintenance issues that need immediate attention
Handle and return guest room keys securely
Report any missing items, found articles, or damage to management
Assist with laundry as needed
Support other team members to ensure the best performance across the department
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position
Skills/background needed: No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training. You should have basic cleaning skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and team members. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, can prioritize tasks well, and is willing to work as part of a supportive team.
Physical requirements: This role involves frequent walking indoors and outdoors, climbing stairs, and repetitive movements including bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and twisting. You’ll be lifting and carrying items up to 20 lbs regularly, and will be exposed to cleaning agents. Full training on safe handling practices will be provided.
