Join our opening team! We are looking for hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendants to help establish the cleanliness standards and guest experience of our new hotel from day one. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and understand that a clean, comfortable room is one of the most important parts of a great hotel stay.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, toilets, and floors. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop guest rooms and assigned areas. Clean mirrors, windows, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces. Restock guest room supplies as needed. Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues. Report maintenance problems or damaged items promptly. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, housekeeping areas, and other assigned spaces. Properly handle cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment. Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items. Respect guest privacy and hotel property. Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards. Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
Skills/background needed: Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We provide full training. You should have strong attention to detail, be dependable and punctual, and maintain a positive attitude. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, and you’re comfortable working weekends and holidays as scheduled. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday, and lift and carry housekeeping supplies and equipment. Professional and courteous interaction with guests is important.
