Role Overview
Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming public spaces. In this hands-on position, you will keep lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas spotless and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will create an inviting atmosphere for all guests and staff.
What You’ll Do
• Clean and maintain public areas including floors, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces using standard cleaning equipment and techniques
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following proper safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other housekeeping tasks to hospitality standards
• Use cleaning tools and equipment correctly while following safety protocols
• Carry and move cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment as needed
• Respond quickly to any cleanliness or safety concerns raised by guests or staff
• Provide friendly, professional service and engage politely with guests and colleagues
Skills/Background Needed
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. You should be comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods. A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Any previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a bonus but not necessary.
