Roles: You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, suites, hallways, and public areas. This includes servicing guest rooms daily, stocking cleaning carts with supplies, and replacing bed linens while following all safety and security procedures.
What you’ll do:
Greet guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance as required by the scheduling system. Keep high standards of personal appearance and follow all uniform requirements. Comply with company standards to support safe and efficient operations. Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms each shift. Complete all pre-cleaning duties including preparing supplies and linens for your cart. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms. Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to the required standard. Perform additional tasks assigned by your supervisor. Interact professionally with guests and team members. Have access to master keys and guest room areas, maintaining confidentiality and trust at all times.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience is required. You’ll receive full training on all procedures. What matters most is strong attention to detail, effective communication with guests and team members, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and represent the role with professionalism and good character.
