About This Role
We’re looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll take pride in maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and ensuring every detail meets our high standards. You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced hospitality environment where your attention to detail makes a real difference in guests’ experiences.
This is a hands-on position that involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms, inspecting facilities, stocking supplies, and collaborating with other team members to maintain exceptional standards throughout the property. You’ll spend your day engaging with both team members and guests, and you’ll be encouraged to take initiative in solving problems and improving the guest experience whenever possible.
What You’ll Do
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to our standards, including changing linens, refreshing bathrooms, and stocking supplies
• Inspect rooms and facilities, noticing details that need attention
• Work with other departments to coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities
• Support guests with requests and ensure their comfort during their stay
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with your team
• Follow all safety and security guidelines to protect guests and team members
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team
What You’ll Need
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
• Ability to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds regularly
• Willingness to learn and a commitment to providing great service
Physical Demands
This position requires you to see, talk, and hear regularly. You’ll frequently sit and use your hands, and occasionally reach with your arms. You’ll regularly lift and move items up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds. You may be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
