We’re hiring a Room Inspector to join our housekeeping team! This is an on-site position where you’ll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. No prior experience is required – we provide full training for the right candidate.
About the role:
As a Room Inspector, you’ll oversee room cleanliness and maintenance across our properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling room and cleaning assignments to ensure full coverage throughout shifts
• Inspecting assigned suites and common areas to check that furnishings, equipment, linens, and décor are clean and in good working order
• Performing hands-on housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning as needed
• Tracking room status throughout your shift and updating records
• Randomly auditing assigned rooms to verify cleanliness standards
• Providing guidance to housekeeping team members when discrepancies are found
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to report any repairs needed
• Opening and closing the property by assigning rooms to team members and confirming all cleaning is completed by end of shift
• Supporting other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
