What will you do?
Hire and manage room, house, and public area team members
Provide regular training to team members
Identify areas for improvement and efficiency
Ensure room attendants consistently deliver quality service
Inspect guest rooms to verify quality and safety standards are met
Demonstrate proper use of cleaning chemicals for different surfaces
Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with workplace health and safety regulations
Skills/background needed:
A minimum of six months of housekeeping experience at a hotel or resort
Effective verbal and written communication skills
No college degree required
Full training will be provided
Physical requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying
Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing and washing duties
Occasional lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
Shift details:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Every weekend
Overtime as needed
Location: Local positions available.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
