We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking Houseperson to join our on-site team. In this role, you’ll ensure our guests have a clean, well-stocked, comfortable environment, and provide the necessary support to our housekeeping team. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist housekeeping staff with laundry removal and cleaning duties as needed. Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities including hallways, lobbies, and common spaces. Provide support in setting up and breaking down event spaces and meeting areas. Assist guests with any requests promptly and politely. Report maintenance issues and handle minor repairs. Uphold all safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Skills/background needed:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 pounds. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is helpful but not essential—we provide full training.
