We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will ensure exceptional cleanliness of guest suites and resort spaces, supporting the elevated level of service that defines our property.
Responsibilities
Clean guest suites daily, including occupied, arrival, and departure rooms
Ensure pristine condition of corridors, housekeeping pantries, and cleaning supply closets
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
Maintain minibar operations within guest suites
Handle guest laundry and property linens, including ironing
Report any missing or damaged items and log lost and found appropriately
Support inventory and restocking of linens and guest supplies
Uphold cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
Attend daily housekeeping briefings and follow daily task assignments
Comply with workplace policies and grooming standards
Skills/background needed
Oral proficiency in English
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Sensitivity to cultural nuances
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards
Ability to establish and maintain respectful professional relationships
Multilingual abilities are a plus
