Key Responsibilities:
Room and Space Cleaning: Transform guest rooms and common areas into spotless sanctuaries. Clean and shine lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so every corner gleams. Work with your housekeeping cart to keep supplies organised and ready. Freshen up beds with crisp linens and restock guest amenities. Complete deep cleaning tasks to keep everything looking picture-perfect.
Guest Service: Be the friendly face guests remember! Respond promptly when guests need assistance and deliver items with a smile. Let your customer service skills shine through every interaction.
Safety and Property Care: Help keep both guests and the property safe by maintaining awareness of the spaces you clean. Practice safe work habits so you and your teammates enjoy a secure workplace.
Skills/Background Needed: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. No prior housekeeping experience required—full training provided.
