Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, floors are cleaned and polished, and linens are laundered to meet hygiene standards. Handle manual tasks such as moving furniture or appliances safely during deep cleans. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Provide excellent service by communicating professionally with property managers and guests when needed. Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols to ensure consistency and compliance with sanitation standards.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided on all cleaning techniques and safety protocols. You should be comfortable with manual tasks, have good time management skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A reliable vehicle is essential for this role, as you will be traveling between properties.
