A Housekeeper for residential properties is responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness and presentation standards to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure our properties are guest-ready, spotless, and perfectly presented. You will be responsible for the full turnover process—from preparing rooms to cleaning, managing linens, identifying maintenance needs, and conducting final inspections—to ensure every guest has an excellent first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Turnover Cleaning: Perform professional cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas following detailed checklists.
Staging & Presentation: Arrange furniture, pillows, and decor to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
Linen Management: Strip and replace all linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and in good condition. Manage linen inventory, fold linens for cleaning, and keep the linen storage area clean and organized.
Amenity Restocking: Replenish toiletries and kitchen supplies as needed.
Outdoor Care: Clean and tidy outdoor patios, balconies, and entrances.
Maintenance Reporting: Document and report any maintenance issues or items left behind by guests.
Skills/background needed:
Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays, which is typically our busiest day.
Communication: Smartphone access for schedule updates and maintenance reporting.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a work week.
Attention to Detail: Precision in following checklists and meeting cleanliness standards.
Independence: Comfortable working solo or in small teams with minimal supervision.
Flexibility: May work across multiple properties. A vehicle is helpful but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing
