About the role:
As a Housekeeper, you will perform housekeeping duties for residential accommodation facilities. Your work will include providing consistent housekeeping services while adhering to safety practices and processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based at the workplace.
What you’ll do:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Perform various cleaning tasks for guest and common areas• Maintain and restock inventory supplies across multiple locations• Carry out deep cleaning duties including cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures and furnishings• Move furniture as needed• Dust, shampoo carpets, wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork• Check for open windows and maintain door security• Participate in training temporary housekeeping staff as needed
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need prior experience to succeed in this role. We provide full training on all housekeeping procedures and safety practices. What we do need is:
• A valid driver’s license• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly• Flexibility to work weekends as needed• A commitment to maintaining clean, safe spaces• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Prior custodial or facility maintenance experience is a bonus but not required.
Skills/background needed: No experience required. Full training provided. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position
