About This Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll play an important part in maintaining clean, welcoming community spaces. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Clean and maintain all common areas including office spaces, amenities, and restrooms throughout the community• Inspect community spaces regularly to remove litter and debris, keeping everything neat and tidy• Remove trash and items from vacant units and transfer them to appropriate storage areas• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re clean and move-in ready• Complete assigned cleaning tasks and support the team during turnover processes• Distribute notices and communications to residents as needed• Report any safety hazards or concerns to your supervisor immediately• Interact respectfully with residents, answer questions, and respond professionally to any maintenance-related concerns• Attend safety meetings and complete required training on safety procedures and regulations• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality• Follow all company safety policies and report any accidents or incidents promptly
Who You Are
• Reliable and committed to showing up on time• Able to work independently and as part of a team• Comfortable with basic cleaning chemicals, hand tools, and equipment• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks• Able to communicate clearly with residents and colleagues• Open to learning and following safety procedures• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (we’ll train you on any software you need to use)• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You may be scheduled to start work before the office opens to prepare common areas. Exact hours vary by location but typically align with standard business hours and weekend operations.
