Roles: Room Attendant and Laundry Attendant

About the role:
We’re looking for someone to join our housekeeping team in two complementary roles. As a Room Attendant, you’ll clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every space is fresh and welcoming. You’ll also handle laundry operations, managing washing, drying, and folding of linens and guest items.
What you’ll do:
Room Attendant responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms to exceptional standards
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, and vacuum
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner
Laundry Attendant responsibilities:
• Load and operate laundry machines
• Monitor washing and rinsing cycles
• Transfer clean items to drying equipment
• Sort dried articles by type or designation
• Fold linens and place items in appropriate storage
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment
• Complete additional duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. What matters most is a willingness to take pride in your work, attention to detail, and a friendly approach to helping others. Basic physical fitness is helpful, as the role involves standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
