About the role:
We’re looking for Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll clean and maintain guest rooms to our established standards, ensuring every space is spotless and welcoming. You’ll handle laundry services, transport cleaning supplies and linens, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and helping create a great experience for our guests.
What you’ll do:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly
- Transport carts with cleaning supplies, linens and amenities
- Check for debris under furniture and remove it
- Dust and clean all surfaces, including furniture, mirrors, televisions and electronics
- Inspect furniture and other items for damage and report issues to your supervisor
- Handle guest requests and complaints with courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain guest confidentiality and security at all times
- Work as part of a team and follow directions from supervisors
- Perform other duties as needed
