Overview
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our on-site housekeeping team. You will clean and prepare guest rooms to our high standards, ensuring every guest space is fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. No experience needed—full training provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Prepare cleaning carts with supplies and keep them organised throughout your shift
• Clean and polish all room surfaces—windows, doors, walls, fixtures and furniture
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors and sinks
• Replace towels, soaps and all guest room amenities
• Wash and care for all hard floor areas
• Strip and remake beds with fresh, clean linens
• Vacuum carpeted areas, including under and around furniture
• Check all locks, lights, televisions and plumbing fixtures and report any issues
• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude with colleagues and management
• Complete other tasks as requested by management
What We’re Looking For
Essential requirements:
• No prior experience needed—we provide full training in cleaning standards and safety
• Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable communicating with your team
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, push and pull equipment, and work with your arms raised
• Able to maneuver a fully loaded cleaning cart through hallways and closets
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled indoor environment for the full shift
• Able to spot small debris and dirt, even in dim lighting
• Reliable and punctual

Role Details
