About this role:
We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our on-site housekeeping team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to our quality standards, ensuring every guest has a welcoming and comfortable space. This is a great entry-level position with full training provided.
What you’ll be doing:
• Clean all assigned guest rooms to our brand standards
• Dust surfaces, make beds, and change linens
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including inside windows
• Vacuum and tidy all rooms
• Restock rooms with fresh supplies and amenities
• Sign in and out master keys daily
• Update cleaning records and track completed rooms
• Handle lost and found items properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damage
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Deliver professional, friendly service to guests
• Work independently and follow instructions from supervisors
Skills/background needed:
• No previous experience required – we provide full training
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (making beds, scrubbing bathrooms, vacuuming, lifting)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Reliable and responsible
• Willing to follow procedures and safety standards
• Previous cleaning or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
