About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for guests, visitors, and staff. You will work as part of a team under the direction of your supervisor, contributing to the daily maintenance of the building and surrounding areas.
What You Will Do:
Guest Room Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring they meet established cleanliness standards. This involves tasks such as:
• Changing bed linens and making beds
• Replacing used towels and replenishing toiletries and other amenities
• Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, and dusting surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing garbage bags
• Cleaning and organizing guest rooms and public areas
Public Area Cleaning
Clean and maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and common spaces.
Inventory Management
Restock and maintain necessary supplies in guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
Reporting Issues
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or malfunctions in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.
Guest Interaction
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Safety and Security
Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms and follow facility security guidelines. Uphold privacy and security standards for guests and their belongings.
Collaboration
Work with other staff members, such as the front desk and maintenance teams, to coordinate guest requests and room turnovers.
Standards Compliance
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Physical Stamina
Perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Cleaning Knowledge
Understand cleaning procedures and the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Full training will be provided.

Prioritize tasks efficiently and complete assigned work within designated timeframes.
Communication Skills
Interact effectively with guests and team members.
Teamwork and Independence
Be self-motivated while also being able to collaborate with others.
Flexibility
Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training to all candidates.
