A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. You will service guest rooms daily in accordance with established procedures, stock carts with room supplies, replace bed linens, and replenish guest amenities while following safety and security standards. In some cases, this role also includes conducting deep cleaning activities within guest rooms in conjunction with routine maintenance tasks.
About this role:
No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided to help you succeed. You’ll work on-site at a hotel location and will be part of a team dedicated to creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests.
What you’ll do:
• Approach all guest and team interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms according to daily schedules
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including preparing housekeeping carts with supplies, linens, and cleaning products
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing air filter covers, touching up paint, and addressing worn furniture
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduled
• Follow all safety and operational standards
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
