Role: Housekeeping Aide

About the role:
We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll provide essential cleaning services to maintain safe, sanitary, and comfortable environments. Your work directly contributes to the wellbeing of the people we serve.
What you’ll do:
• Sweep, mop, and maintain tile and carpeted floors using proper techniques and safety procedures
• Empty and replace trash liners in all designated areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, fixtures, and toilets
• Clean glass surfaces such as mirrors and windows
• Dust and clean surfaces in rooms, including furniture and windowsills
• Move furniture safely to clean behind and underneath as needed
• Follow infection control and safety standards throughout all cleaning tasks
• Maintain clean corners, baseboards, and doorways free of dirt and buildup
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining clean environments. A willingness to learn and follow procedures is what matters most.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and any prior experience in housekeeping or facility cleaning, though these are not required.
