About the role:
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be an essential part of the housekeeping team, maintaining guest rooms and suites to high standards. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and genuine hospitality will create a comfortable experience for guests. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to help you succeed.
What you will do:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure guest amenities and supplies are properly stocked
• Provide friendly, genuine service and anticipate guest needs
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Safely use all cleaning equipment and report any defects or maintenance issues to management
• Maintain organised linen rooms and ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
• Report any damages or repairs needed in assigned areas to your manager
• Carry out additional cleaning tasks as directed by management
What you bring:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during your shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Willingness to learn how to operate cleaning equipment safely
• Basic English language skills
• Valid work authorisation
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position. You’ll need a flexible schedule with availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
