Job Responsibilities
Schedule and assign daily work assignments to your cleaning team.
Oversee the completion of assigned tasks and ensure work quality meets standards.
Work with management to address performance issues and support your team’s development.
Participate in training new employees and provide ongoing support.
Clean assigned areas to meet established standards and requirements.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment to prevent hazards.
Thoroughly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
Follow procedures for proper storage and disposal of waste materials.
Report maintenance concerns through the appropriate channels.
Follow established safety procedures and security protocols, including managing access to locked areas and equipment storage as required.
Skills and Background Needed
Required:
Previous custodial or housekeeping experience.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to follow basic safety procedures.
Preferred:
Previous supervisory or lead experience.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. You may be required to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment.
