What you’ll be doing
Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living spaces.
Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
Handle manual tasks such as lifting furniture or supplies safely and with proper technique.
Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and specialized floor care techniques.
Use janitorial equipment effectively for cleaning surfaces, windows, and outdoor areas when required.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while respecting their privacy.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided.
Willingness to learn cleaning procedures including sanitation standards, surface cleaning, dusting, and floor care techniques.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, with training on the job.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn about cleaning products and proper handling practices.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks or yard maintenance.
Excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and address specific requests professionally.
