Job Description:
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining our properties and creating a welcoming environment for residents. You’ll work on-site preparing units and common areas to high cleanliness standards, and you’ll report directly to the Property Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Maintaining common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms and guest spaces to a high standard
Preparing units for occupancy, including thorough cleaning of doors, windows, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures
Maintaining and ordering cleaning supplies as needed
Performing daily inspections and touch-ups throughout the property
Working in compliance with all relevant housing and workplace laws
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary. We provide full training on all cleaning equipment and procedures.
You should be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers, work well as part of a team, and pay close attention to detail. The ability to manage your time effectively, adapt to changes calmly, and maintain confidentiality is important in this role.
Some weekend work may be required as scheduled by the Property Manager.
