We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. We provide full training to help you succeed in keeping our facilities clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
About the Role:
As a Housekeeper, you will perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing surfaces, disinfecting restrooms and equipment, and managing waste disposal. You will use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately, operate cleaning equipment, and communicate regularly with team members and supervisors. You’ll also report any maintenance issues such as damaged fixtures or lighting problems so they can be addressed promptly. This role may include other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Skills/background needed:
No prior housekeeping experience is necessary. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable communicating with colleagues and supervisors, and willing to learn proper safety standards for handling cleaning chemicals and maintaining a safe work environment. Flexibility is important as this role includes availability for evenings and weekends. You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and operate standard cleaning equipment.
