We take our housekeeping standards seriously. We’re looking for a Room Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for doing excellent work to ensure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.
You’ll clean guest rooms and suites in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
As a Room Attendant, you’ll make sure rooms, suites, and other areas are always fresh and welcoming for guests, creating a comfortable space for them to rest and relax. You’ll keep rooms at their best according to established standards, making each one special and memorable for guests.
You’ll help guests with requests such as extra amenities or directions. You’ll keep your supervisor updated on progress and alert them to any repairs needed. You’ll follow all safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
You’ll stay organized, keeping track of supplies and amenities while minimizing waste. You’ll handle lost and found items according to procedures and work as part of a team, communicating with other departments to ensure excellent service. You may assist with deep cleaning projects or turndown duties as needed, and complete other duties as assigned.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training. You should be comfortable being on your feet most of the day and able to occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds or push and pull heavy objects. You may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities. Basic literacy skills in reading, writing, and math are helpful. You should be willing to work varying shifts across a 7-day period, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, on-site
