About the role
As a Housekeeper, you’ll be the heartbeat of the hotel and a key part of creating unforgettable guest experiences. Your days will focus on transforming guest rooms into spotless, welcoming spaces, completing deep-cleaning tasks, and maintaining pristine public areas. What you’ll do
Room and space cleaning: Transform guest rooms and equipment into spotless spaces. Clean and shine lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and public areas so every corner gleams. Handle tasks like carpet cleaning, furniture maintenance, and deep cleaning jobs such as filter changes and other detailed work.
Guest service: Be friendly and helpful when guests need assistance. Deliver items promptly and with a smile, and always provide excellent customer service in every interaction.
Safety and organisation: Keep the hotel safe and secure by maintaining awareness in all areas. Follow safe work practices to protect yourself and your team. Keep your cleaning cart well-stocked and organised so you’re ready for any task.
Linen and supply management: Prepare beds with fresh linens and restock supplies throughout the hotel to ensure guests feel at home.
Skills and background needed
You don’t need any prior experience—full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone with:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing excellent work
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
A friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks throughout your shift
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Contract length: Full-time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
