About the Role
We’re looking for a housekeeping attendant to join our hotel team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
What You’ll Do
• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Maintain public areas including restrooms, hallways, and event spaces
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while following established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Keep housekeeping carts and supply closets organised and well-stocked
• Report any safety hazards, suspicious activity, or guest concerns to your supervisor
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
Skills/Background Needed
No prior experience required. We provide full training to get you started. We’re looking for someone with:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Positive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract Length: Full-time, on-site position
