Roles: You’ll support the housekeeping team on assigned floors by managing linens, delivering supplies, and assisting with cleaning duties. Your work will help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
What you’ll do:
• Assist room attendants by carrying and transporting linens, mattresses, and other heavy items
• Collect dirty linens from assigned areas and transport them to the laundry
• Deliver fresh linens and supplies to room attendant carts throughout the day
• Keep floor closets, storage areas, and vending zones clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping supplies such as linens and cots
• Clean and maintain public areas including restrooms, fixtures, and storage spaces
• Report any repairs needed or unsafe conditions to your supervisor
• Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction through corrective action
• Monitor supplies and help minimize waste across all housekeeping areas
• Work with other team members to maintain quality service and teamwork
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Basic reading, writing, and math skills are helpful. English language ability is preferred. Full training will be provided.
Physical requirements: This role requires you to:
• Carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
• Push or pull items weighing up to 300 pounds
• Stand and move about the facility frequently
• Handle objects and equipment regularly
• Bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Communicate regularly with guests and team members
• Read assignments and complete checklists
Work schedule: You may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of this on-site position.
