Roles: As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep our community spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents. Your work directly contributes to a pleasant living environment that our residents truly appreciate.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with one weekend per month.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training on all cleaning procedures and equipment. You’ll need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and have a willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

What you’ll do:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Vacuuming carpets and sweeping, mopping, and polishing common area floors using appropriate equipment
• Emptying trash throughout the facility
• Cleaning and sanitizing common area bathrooms, including restocking paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers
• Cleaning common area windows, both inside and out
• Picking up trash and debris outside the building
• Maintaining grounds and outdoor spaces
• Cleaning residential apartments on a weekly basis
