In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas thoroughly and efficiently. Change bed linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as towels and toiletries. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, along with detailed floor care to maintain an impeccable appearance. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in excellent condition. Report any maintenance issues or damage to management immediately to maintain safety standards. Follow all safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices. Assist with laundry tasks when needed and support other housekeeping team members as required.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all cleaning techniques, equipment, and hotel standards. You should have good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual cleaning tasks throughout your shift. We’re looking for detail-oriented people who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
