About the role
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to a high standard. This is an on-site position where you’ll take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests.
What you will be doing
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms and bedrooms, according to established standards
• Organize and stock cleaning supplies and linen closets as assigned
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Handle special guest requests and respond promptly to cleaning needs
• Work as part of a team to ensure a great experience for all guests
Physical requirements
This is an active, on-site role. You will be on your feet for extended periods, moving between rooms, bending, reaching, and carrying items. You may need to lift or move items weighing 10–25 pounds. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced housekeeping environment and able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
Skills/background needed
• No prior experience necessary — full training will be provided
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible availability, including ability to work varying schedules (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help colleagues
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
