About the role:
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be an essential part of the housekeeping team, maintaining guest rooms and suites to high standards. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and a genuine passion for hospitality. No prior experience is necessary—we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
What you will do:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to property standards
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure all guest supplies are stocked and available
• Provide attentive service and respond promptly to guest requests
• Handle cleaning equipment safely and report any defects or maintenance needs to management
• Keep linen and supply areas organized and properly stocked
• Report any room damage or maintenance issues to your manager
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
What you bring:
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Capability to stand and work for full 8-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Valid work authorization for your country
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
