Responsibilities:
• Professionally clean and maintain apartment communities
• Prepare vacant apartments, leasing offices and common areas
• Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust
• Clean and sanitise restrooms in offices, common areas and recreational spaces
• Wipe appliances and clean the laundry room
• Assist with other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Comfortable climbing stairs as part of daily tasks
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Willingness to occasionally assist with after-hours needs when necessary
Rate:
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
