We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated person who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys working in a hospitality setting. As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas to a high standard. No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming and mopping floors to maintain a polished appearance.
Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and mirrors; replenish linens and toiletries.
Attention to Detail: Ensure rooms are organized and all items are placed correctly, creating an inviting environment for guests.
Common Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in lobbies, hallways, and guest lounges throughout the day.
Reporting & Maintenance: Promptly report any maintenance concerns, such as leaky fixtures or damaged items, to your supervisor.
Guest Service: Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests you encounter, including fulfilling special requests with a helpful attitude.
Skills/background needed:
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move comfortably throughout the workplace.
Reliable, punctual, and strong time-management skills.
Basic communication skills to interact with guests and understand instructions.
No previous experience required – we train you on all housekeeping procedures and standards.
