We’re looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our on-site housekeeping team. This is a full-time position where you’ll play a key role in keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you started.
Roles: As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll perform a variety of cleaning duties to maintain clean and orderly guest rooms. Your responsibilities will include making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming, cleaning mirrors and bathrooms, emptying trash, and occasionally assisting with kitchen cleaning. You’ll also sort, wash, and fold linens, maintain housekeeping storage areas, and deliver items to guest rooms as needed. You may be asked to assist other team members to ensure all rooms are completed on time.
What you’ll do:
Clean guest rooms and common areas to a high standard, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing bathrooms and floors. Pick up spills and litter to maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas. Deliver special items or supplies to guest rooms. Sort, wash, and fold linens and towels. Maintain and organize housekeeping closets and storage. Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Skills/background needed: You should be organized, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is punctual, takes initiative, and works well with minimal supervision. You’ll need to be at least 18 years old, demonstrate basic competency in reading, writing, and speaking, and have the ability to interact pleasantly with guests and team members. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions. Experience is not required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
Work schedule: Full-time position, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, any day of the week. Weekend and holiday work is required. You may occasionally need to stay overnight during road closures.
Working conditions: This on-site role involves daily work with cleaning chemicals, so you must handle them with care. You’ll be on your feet for much of the day and may experience stress during busy periods or peak seasons. Winter weather conditions and commuting to the workplace should be considered.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
