What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the property. Implement safe and effective cleaning procedures across all areas while following health and safety guidelines. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Operate standard cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and steam cleaners to care for various surfaces. Complete manual tasks that may involve lifting and outdoor work as needed for general property maintenance. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction with the housekeeping services. Keep track of cleaning supplies and ensure they are properly stored and used responsibly.
What We’re Looking For
A reliable, detail-oriented person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You should be comfortable performing manual tasks, including lifting and working outdoors when needed. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while following instructions are essential. Friendly communication skills and a genuine interest in providing good service to clients are important. Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments and tasks as they arise. This is an entry-level position—no previous housekeeping experience is necessary. We will train you on all cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
