We’re looking for a Houseperson to join our on-site housekeeping team. This is a full-time, entry-level position perfect for someone new to the hospitality industry who is ready to learn and grow.
About the Role:
You’ll support our housekeeping team by keeping public areas of the hotel clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Your work will directly contribute to guests having a positive experience during their stay. No prior experience is required—we provide full training on all cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
What You’ll Do:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Vacuum and clean guest hallways daily• Clean and maintain public restrooms, hotel lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and building entrances• Empty trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to department procedures• Wash guest room glassware and maintain linen closets• Transport trash and linens to designated areas• Clean back-of-house windows and other areas as assigned• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate with your team• Attend all scheduled team meetings and training sessions• Work safely and follow all hotel policies and procedures• Support your team and help create a positive workplace environment
Skills/Background Needed:
• No previous experience required• Basic English language skills• Ability to work as part of a team• Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 150 pounds throughout your shift• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays• Clear vision at various distances and the ability to judge spatial relationships

Physical Demands:
This position requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift. You’ll spend significant time walking, using your hands to handle and clean items, bending, stooping, and lifting. You must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 150 pounds repeatedly during your shift.
