We’re hiring Housekeeping Attendants to join our on-site team. You’ll be cross-trained across all areas of housekeeping, including guest room cleaning, laundry, public spaces, and general support duties. While guest room cleaning will likely be your main responsibility, your schedule will be based on weekly operational needs.
This cross-functional approach helps us run smoothly and gives you the chance to develop skills across multiple areas of housekeeping.
What You’ll Do:
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and wiping all surfaces to our cleanliness standards
• Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces; restock amenities and ensure bathrooms are well-presented
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, replace towels, and restock amenities for guest comfort
• Empty trash containers in guest rooms and public areas, replacing liners as needed
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms and common areas
• Arrange furniture and decor to create an organized and welcoming atmosphere
• Identify and report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damage
• Turn in any lost items found in guest rooms
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens; restock as needed
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond to requests
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all cleaning and safety procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Adapt to changing operational needs and support team goals
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and reliable communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends is essential. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is important. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be fluent in English, read, write, and speak.
