As a Hotel Housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean guest rooms according to established standards. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including preparing guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for cart set-up. Remove all trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways. Keep all hallways, public areas and storage closets clean, neat and vacuumed. Restock your cleaning cart at the end of each shift for the next day’s use. Replenish cleaning chemical bottles as needed. Report any missing items from rooms (such as irons, hair dryers, etc.) to your supervisor. Report any maintenance issues immediately to your supervisor. Handle items for Lost and Found according to company standards. Ensure overall guest satisfaction during every interaction.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should be able to stand for your entire shift and comfortably lift and carry items up to 20 pounds regularly. You’ll communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members at all levels, maintaining a friendly, service-oriented approach at all times.
Contract length: Full Time
