We are hiring housekeepers for on-site positions at our hospitality locations. This is an entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary.
About the role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and common areas. Your daily tasks will include:
Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
Restock room carts with supplies and maintain equipment cleanliness
Report room status, damages, or missing items to your supervisor
Safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift
Turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation
Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies
Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests
What we’re looking for
You should be reliable, dependable, and able to manage your time effectively. We need someone who communicates clearly, works well as part of a team, and maintains composure under pressure. The ability to anticipate and solve problems is important in this role.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Full training will be provided on the job.
