About the Role
As a House Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards. You’ll work independently, take pride in your attention to detail, and help create a comfortable experience for our guests.
What You’ll Do
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and restocking amenities
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms thoroughly
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to your supervisor
• Handle lost and found items according to protocol
• Manage linen and cleaning supply inventory
• Perform additional cleaning projects as needed
• Work flexibly, including weekends and holidays when required
• Maintain a safe, secure work environment and report any concerns
Skills and Background Needed
• No prior experience necessary – we provide full training
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Basic English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Comfortable with standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
